Buoyancy:
The buoyancy is submitted by the floating boxes, which is made of HDPE and filled of polystyrene foam material in it. Its features are age resistance, UV resistance,seawater resistance, anti impact resistance, The lifetime of the floating boxes are more than fifteen years.
The floating boxes can also be made of concrete which are freezing resistance and are widely used in the frozen water area. Borh concrete and HDPE floating boxes are used in some solution to submit higher buoyancy and stability, that decided by the features of your water area.

Decking:
Decking are made of weather resistance materials,.such as anticorrosion natural wood, composite wood and HDPE which can be used for more than 10 years on the surface of the pontoon.

Connection:
All connecting bolts and screws adopt 316 stainless steel for high level reliable ,flexible connectings are designed between the structures to prevent collide directly in order to decrease noise and shake.

Gangway:
The gangway is consisted of aluminium structure and non-slide deckings
The structure of the gangway is a Mig welding and T6 heattreated aluminium structure.the strict welding process made the structure strong enough, durable, anticorrosion and outlooking attractive and can withstand the harsh seaside condition.

Dimensions of the gangway:
We can submit the gangway according to the tide and position,
Normal the width is within 1.5M and the length 3-30M and it must be made comfortable for our customer walk on it.
 
Load capacity:
Load capacity is 150-500 KG/ M2 , it can satisfy the people walk on it and special demand of the storage battery car drive on both side of the aluminium gangway.
