1 ¡¢The Conditions for Founding a Yacht Club

1) Location
First of all, convenient transport is needed. It is better 1~2 hours far away from the down town.The location usually is Beach coastline, harbor, lake, those port with international routes and channel.

2) Condition of the Environment
good enough for a yacht marina. 

3) Water condition
Low wave, clear water, better water condition. If there is large wave, the breakwater is needed. Inside of the breakwater, it should be peaceful and wide area.

4) Facility 
Infrastructure £ºMarine facilities includes berths, breakwater (even including the cruise and passenger liner docked at the pier), all kinds of yachts, sailing, recreational vessels and so on. Yacht berths base is required for access to bases to provide refueling boat, sea rescue, ship handling, license and other multi-faceted services. Land-based facilities are mostly used for supporting services.

Supporting facilities: The Land-based facilities including the clubhouse, hotel building, hotel villas, Port Inspection building, Dry Funakura, yacht repair warehouse, outdoor swimming pool, Squash, indoor golf and Tennis venues Museum, Ship operation training base, parking lot and so on.
